Quite a few new buys arrived in this weeks post, this book is fab. Although some of it might be a little too complicated just yet it's fine to just flick though and pick out the interesting bits. The pictures really bring it to life.
We also received the What on Earth wall book, a big timeline of everything which I love http://www.amazon.co.uk/What-Earth-Wallbook-Timeline-Present/dp/0956593607/ref=sr_1_6?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1378150197&sr=1-6&keywords=The+What+on+Earth
We spent a good few hours playing this new game, think it took longer than a game of monopoly to be honest but it was fun. We played the longer version where you have to answer multi choice geography questions. It's made even harder by the fact 2 of the boards are in Spanish and French.
Some Melissa and Doug lacing cards that were meant to keep 'M' amused were also used by 'H' while 'C' got on with a science museum kit.
Lots of book reading with the new books going on too.
Quite some time spent on this terrible kit, which kept falling apart but 'H' wouldn't be beaten by it and persisted. We eventually got a working model out of it but soon fell apart again.
Some work in CPG books and a couple of cookery lessons making pizzas seems to cover the last few days and 'H's jujitsu class.
